??? OP is still very much around and has posted on FT several times this week. I'm sure he'll let us know if he'd prefer to hand over the responsibility for this thread to someone else.
It was only a question as OP hasnt been updated since 2011, and no replies on this thread despite several requests, including the fact that he has chosen not to let last logged in date viewable. I have PMed him^
