I am waiting for this too but considering cash and points went up 25%, I don't expect anything good (especially leisure hotels): Cat 5 is a new Cat 4 (with generous high seasons), more Cat 5 creeping into Cat 6, so on. Some US/Asia business props may go down for balancing purposes.
