The 'manage my booking' link won't work on either of the bookings that I have. So, adding your FF number to your profile doesn't add it to individual bookings then?
MH's IT has never been the best. They had problems before on other airine FFP, so I don't think this would change overnight. So just show at check in as it will be easiest, and then keep all your BPs and copies of tickets.
