I usually don't like to start threads but this has become a bit of a pain for me. Once again, I had a 4PM checkout and a do not disturb sign on my door, I get a phone call at 2PM, dead silence, the person on the other end hangs up. Being in the industry for a while, it's probably Housekeeping calling my room. At 230PM, housekeeping knocks on my door, opens my door, keycard retracted the deadbolt but they got stuck by the latch.

If you are given a 4pm Checkout it should really mean 4PM. I have an odd work schedule and at times, I really need that extra sleep.

This is the 4th time this same scenario has happened.

I'm thankful for the 4PM checkout but it is of no use if this will be the way the hotel acts. I even called the Front desk at 11am and advised them, I'd be sleeping until 330pm.
