Queues in T3 (and all of LHR's terminals) can be a real PITA for non-EU/EEA passport holders.
The entire USA process is also a pain for non-residents and there is no ability to register for Global Entry as a UK citizen either, a little parity would be welcome on that point
Still, as far as I can see, this thread is about security Fast Track, not immigration Fast Track so this is not relevant.
