Tomorrow I fly GVA-LHR, and I'll swing upstairs and look at the signage before taking the train home and report back whether it's changed! And I fly to Frankfurt next week, so will take it out for a spin either way and see how it goes... Fingers crossed.
I got FastTrack security at T5 before the announcement (27 Jan) as an EXP flying to DOH in Y. The signage said Emerald and did not specify that it was limited to BA/IB members. My pass was accepted and I went through.
