what benefit does this airline bring??

apart from flights to India ( and they are not that big in terms of capacity to India)

they really do not add much to the alliance

HK/SIN/BKK-served by cathay

KL-served by malaysia

and the do not really fly to any other place

Same with Qatar- not many new cities but unlike Sri Lankan it adds huge value and more options


but Oneworld has heaps of gaps in terms of cities they cover-wonder who will be next
