Is CA typically good about rebooking?

I think I'd be less concerned if it were a typical domestic China flight. But LXA adds a new dimension.
I should think CA will rebook you especially if delayed inbound from SIN so you could easily argue a missed connection wasn't your fault, but the bigger problem will be if there are no seats available to book you into. Flights to LXA aren't plentiful. Since you say this is all on one UA award sequence, I'm a bit baffled why it was ticketed this way, since I thought the Minimum Connection Time at CTU for intl > domestic was 90 minutes, which your itinerary doesn't meet. I hope this doesn't come back to haunt you. Is it too late to change this segment now with little or no penalty?

As soon as you deplane at CTU, you might try to alert one of the waiting CA agents to your plight. With any luck, somebody can help speed you through the process a bit more quickly. If you're traveling in a premium cabin, it could help. I think you have to take a shuttle between T1 and T2, which could present a time-snarfing obstacle.
