Good thing you pointed that out, so I'm traveling to Puerto Vallarta technically, that's NA, no?

Say if they don't consider it NA, it states that the baby must be ticketed at 10% of the adult's fare, but contradicting that, it says the infant can fly free if there's an empty seat on the flight at no extra charge.
