Quick update - I PMed UA Insider on FT 5 days ago with all the details (flight #, MP info, etc) and received absolutely 0 response.
It's nice to see just how much UA cares.... not.
Now going the email route - let's see how long that takes. If that fails, Twitter is next. Then FB. Then a snail mail letter to MP.
I am genuinely curious to see just how long it would take to get UA to competently do something they promised on this forum.

Currently on the phone with them and they have no idea about any retroactive validity - the agent keeps insisting that the PQM earning rate for SQ business class is 100% and that's it.
Oh yeah, they also have no idea who "Shannon Kelly" is - one of the agents claimed no one by that name works at UA (when I pointed him to her LinkedIn account, he stated that they can't access LinkedIn ).
This is ridiculous - and totally expected. Has anyone actually been successful in getting UA to honor the correct earning rate?
I have a few more SQ and TG business class flights coming up this month and it looks like I will have to find another Star Alliance airline to credit them to.
