Not necessarily. All it indicates is that EL AL's financials are likely as bad as I have been surmising they are. In fact, they are likely so bad that Tami Borovich panicked and got this venture capital fund to invest. You need to remember that back during the summer of 2012, Tami Borovich actually doubled down and purchased significantly more Knafaim/EL AL shares.
Though the $60 million would provide a much needed cash infusion, the facts remain that LY's inefficiencies and debt burdens are so great that $60 million is a drop in the bucket of what is needed. Consequently, if I were an investor in this venture capital fund, I would pull out.
