Yes, you transfer them direct to SQ (Krisflyer) where availability is pretty good, with 2
suites even available on some of their A380 routes. And the quote I gave above is the exact amount you'd need to transfer for SFO-SIN-DPS round trip in First.
But you can send Membership Rewards to Krisflyer too so I'm saving up my SPG points to transfer to JAL for redemption on Emirates A380 first. PM if you ever need award booking assistance.
