Besides - Fare conditions on cheap KL r/t tickets allow cancellations as follows:

CANCELLATIONS
ANY TIME
TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASE OF CANCEL.
TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASE OF NO-SHOW.

So what will the airline argue in court?
