As a followup:

The DL gates are just about all of RDU Terminal C. I would estimate the size of all of Terminal C to be about one-half the size of concourses A, B, or C in ATL. Maybe 25%-33% the size of concourse A in DTW.

(The architecture in RDU reminds me a lot of DTW as well.)
