How were you able to do this? I tried to add my midddle name instead of just my middle initial as my secure data contained my full middle name. I even called the service support number highlighted in red but was told I had to mail or fax a written request along with a photo ID...... even though both the basic name and the secure name show up on the same web page. One right after the other.
