Yes--it is usually 1 GP point per dollar spent up to a 100,000 point cap. Recently, there have been a number of promotions that upped this to 3 GP points with no limit. Often the property will throw in x% of master bill and other freebies. This has to be negotiated before a contract is signed and requires a minimum of 10 rooms/night.
