JetBlue won't sell a >4 hour connection. Given the timing of the AUS-BOS flights it is no surprise that this doesn't work. The only AUS-BOS flight lands near midnight in Boston. A forced overnight in BOS before catching the BOS-BWI flight isn't something that JetBlue will sell.
