I am sure that JW would not want to recommend/suggest a company that is not reputable which in turn causes a potential reputational risk for themselves.

I usually stay at the Metropark Causeway Bay and Splendid has a counter there. I actually have friends who joined one of their tours to Macao and they said that it was okay.
