You really need to take this up with the hotel. If the room rate is negotiated not one that is publicly available, you may not be entitled to any points.

Also, you don't indicate whether you will be personally paying the master bill, or alternatively that it will be remitted to a third party, such as your employer for payment. This will have some bearing on your point award.
