Welcome to the forum - unfortunately, just because there are flights doesn't necessarily mean that Cathay have released seats for Avios / Marco Polo (their own FFP) for redemption. HKG-DPS is a popular route so I'm not surprised redemptions are hard to come by, especially when CX is the only Oneworld carrier serving DPS.
