This will be the first time I have ever booked any awards with Avios. My plan is to take my wife to Bali for our anniversary in June. The Executive Club award calculator says each ticket will be 12500 miles and $44 and only partner airlines fly this route.

When searching for specific days under the "book flights with avios" option no flights come up. I have tried many different dates and every time it says nothing is available. However, I went to the Cathay Pacific website and they operate daily flights back and forth from Hong Kong to DPS, Bali. For some reason, these flights do not seem to appear on the BA site.

So what is the best way to book award tickets from partner Cathay Pacific with Avios? If possible I would like to avoid paying a booking fee and book online.
