The only thing I can say is this travel agency is licensed in Hong Kong:

Based on the list of branches at HKTIC's website, it does not seem this agency has a branch at JW Marriott Hong Kong. However, based on the same list, it is not a travel agency that will go high end like JW Marriott (I estimate this based on the hotel where the branches are located).
