This being FT, I take care of accommodation costs using points.

Europe is definitely on the target list and not much different a journey from East Coast USA than Whistler. Looking at the Radisson Blu in Les Arc 1950 as a possible option.

Today we did Park City Mountain Resort and I have to say it is in a different league to Canyons. Great snow on wide open runs and generally all well connected. Much more like what we had hoped for/expected. Canyons appears to be trying to play in the big league but IMHO needs some serious work on it's layout. Sadly it looks like the owners are focused on adding a connection to Solitude - so another ludicrously long lift to go somewhere further and further. Completely pointless.
