Yes YOU?

I am somewhat surprised when I see posts from what I assumed to be well heeled members moaning about having to spend an extra few bob for the very few BA services that cannot be done online.
You moan about not being able to book EI award seats or open jaw using 2-4-1 vouchers .....you're saving a fortune for heavens sake why moan about having to pay a small fee?
Do you not realise that fares would be higher or the ground and onboard product poorer if every booking or associated service had to be done offline?
