I'm going to stick with the original plan and go ahead with our stay at Bijao. (Fingers crossed that my experience is as good as both of yours were!). I'm still a bit hesitant given that this hotel is a Cat 6 major points-sucker, when it doesn't seem like its in the same league as others in that category -- but we're going to give it a shot.

I'll post a review here after our stay.

A few questions for you:
- How do the restaurant reservations work? (I read of having to stand in long lines to reserve daily? Or can they be made in advance of arrival?)
- Are both restaurants - Sakura and Olivios - kid friendly?
- Any Kids Club experiences? Do you know of their capabilities, hours, or offering?
