Gotcha on the Long Beach. I've obviously never flown to LA on JetBlue (never even looked into it). On the BWI issue, I swear it was accessible from one of the two East Coast spots - maybe it was BOS after all, but still, it's weird that it worked from BWI but not AUS (I even corresponded with JetBlue CS about it at the time).
