It should work. I was in a similar situation, where I was SK*G but trying to earn OZ*G. My boarding passes would have OZ on them, but I'd enter the lounge and hand over my SK card. I've done this at numerous *A carrier lounges with no issue.
The only thing you have to watch is that the helpful lounge matron doesn't notice the discrepancy and update your itinerary to have it match the card you just handed them. I had that happen once, and it was just them trying to be helpful.
