How long for a reply from Customer Service?

I sent an email to customer service about a relatively complicated issue (didn't want to call--wanted an email response) and have not yet had a reply. It was sent on Jan 14. I sent it to: [email protected]
Is there a special MVP Gold email address?
How long does it usually take?
Any thoughts--Thanks
