Ski carriage on BA

I carry a snowboard pretty often and the rules are:

1 piece of luggage for free (unless silver/gold/CE). You can use this allowance for your snowboard/skis and put all your clothes in there. If you want to take separate bags (one for clothes and one for skis/board) you pay £35 each way for extra bag.

If you're a silver or gold card holder you get 2 bags for free one of which can be for clothes and one for a snowboard/skis.
