All 3 plus Lonely Planet mention that 10% tip/service charge is normally added to a restaurant bill.
I see never any service charge on my bill and if the try it i call the Mananger.
There are no kangaroos in Vienna, and Mozart never travelled to Sydney.

I say it again and again,... there is no Restaurant who ad it to the Bill. Maybe any Tourist Restaurants.

Yes that is in Vienna (and Austria) the common way. Maybe not in this small step.
for example: 9,90€ -> 10€ (,50€)/ 12,40€ -> 13€/ 5,60€ -> 6€
