A $190 booking fee? I would at least ask AA for a receipt and explanation of the charges. I would ask why they are charging more than double the published cost.
It could be that they were simply not able to 'find' the correct fare. At the bottom of the ITA info, there is a little string that says: "This may be useful to travel agents" and AA should be able to construct the fare from that information.
