Appreciate the patience in reading my elementary question


I'm trying to redeem for a SEA to FRA flight in June. There's a nonstop available for purchase: Flight: UA8718 (Operated by Lufthansa.)

However, when doing an award search, the flight won't even show up: "! There are no nonstop flights available for this destination. The flight search results for this destination with stops are shown below."

How can that be? Is there just zero availability? Or would I have to call in? I see availability up to May 12th but nothing after. Looking to book in economy.
