Really appreciate the feedback and experience. Great to hear the crew may be more enthusiastic as it is short haul.

Emirates seem to have a great reputation for their meals and service and the cost for the flights are pretty reasonable compared to the other carriers on this route. (particularly considering the class of travel)

I am actually a nervous flyer so am hoping it is smooth flying while the experience dulls the nerves.
Do we get amenity kits or any memorabilia to remember the flight by?

I have seen menu examples on the www and belive it may be a 4 course menu for the flights.

Do we get priority at immigration with express passes both ways?

Please keep up the responses as this is a great forum and my new source of info.
