I've stayed there probably at least a half dozen times both on business and for pleasure in the past few years. It's a standard Courtyard but I have always had a very nice stay, with good service all the way around. When on business I was going to Rancho Palos Verdes and it is very convenient, no sense in putting up with any of the 405 at anytime in any direction.

There is also a King's Hawaiian Sweet Bread restaurant just down the street that I always visit.

I've stayed at the Long Beach Marriott and was very under-impressed, I think the Courtyard is nicer.
