We often stay in the South Bay, (near family), but prefer the RI around the corner. The Marriott's garage can get busy and walking from the garage to the hotel's one entrance requires walking through the smoke of the smokers who step out to the benches there.

That said, the location of the Terranea is beautiful any time of the year!
