Dubai Stu - thanks for the link to the Skype community thread. Appears I am not the only one with the issue.

From a quick read, looks like many have been having the issue since iPhone 5 first came out. Pretty disappointing that Skype has not patched this up yet.

I will work on reinstalling and such, though it appears to not be a sure fix.
I tried it today for the first time and it worked fine. Small N, I realize but no problems.
