Reservation was booked with UA FF#, changed to A3 online and confirmed 2 months in advance of flight. I wanted to credit 3 of the 4 segments to Aegean, so before my 4th segment, I changed the FF# at a kiosk airside to United. Reprinted that boarding pass only. I then asked the gate agent if I had done it right. She said yes. 3 of the 4 boarding passes had Aegean FF#s, the fourth and final flight had an MP number on the boarding pass. All the flights credited to United 4 days later. My plan was foiled
