When I used the Travel Industry Rates, I would normally always call the hotel before my stay and ask what type of ID they required. Sometimes the rate required a full-time employee badge and I was only contracting with an airline. Since I didn't want to be surprised when I arrived, I would normally check with them first.
This is smart, thanks for the advice. Also tried the code for the Marriott F & F rate, but reasearched it and found out most hotels asked for HR form from employee
