Just did a cancellation of SQ redemption ticket.
Online cancellation are not available anymore.

Operating hours
24 hours daily.

>Phonecall was answered within 5 mins.
>Cancellation done straightaway after confirmation
>Advise by CS, mileage reverts back within approx. 7 days
>Cancellation Charge of USD30 to be offset from Taxes paid previously, Balance to be credited back to CC within 3 weeks.
