We've been lucky so far this winter, load factors have been low. I know there's only a few of you who transit through but feedback would be nice. You should be seeing more signage, better lighting, some additional staffing to direct folks and I-94 forms in 16 different languages.
One of the issues that comes back from immigration officers are forms that are not filled out beforehand. This is one area that is tops on the list.
Better lighting and signage is good; the walk through those long, windowless hallways is depressing and not welcoming at all. Contrast that with YVR, for example.
Not sure how you get people to fill out I-94 before getting to the counter, but perhaps signs reminding them to do so - in the same 16 languages - as they walk through the hallways might help. Also, places to fill out forms
as people are standing in line might help, too.
