Don't bid on the footy tickets, they take your miles, then give absolute confirmation that you WILL receive the tickets on the phone, then while your at work, refund your miles and say that they have made two mistakes, one taking the miles, and the other in confirming that you have won.

A bad taste on this one doesn't even come close !
