SJU-MIA-LAX-KOA. Left at 6:00 AM Puerto Rico time, arrived 10 PM Hawaii time. Unfortunate 3-hour layover in LAX. nearly 6k miles. I guess it could be extended by flying onward to GUM.

(Of course ignoring the return to the same city in the same day...)
