Is it doable? any tips how to make it not so stressful?
It's very doable and low stress so long as your JQ flight is not late .

Just collect your bags and walk kerbside and wait for the InterTerminal transfer bus. IIRC it costs $5 for the ride to T1. Alternatively, follow the signs to the train station (under ground between T 2 and T3). Again, you'll need a ticket IIRC $5) for the ride to Airport International - next stop after you board).

You don't say which airline you are on ex SYD T1. If QF then you should (might) be able to get the free QF transfer bus that goes from T3 near gate 1. Just walk from T2 to T3 (through the car park), go up the escalators, through security and wait.

Unsure which is the best frequency. It may well be the bus between terminals.

I doubt a taxi will be happy to transport you as it's a short ride and these guys queue up for some time and expect a bigger fare.
