Oh gee, I have enough headaches already. The main one is immigration staffing and not having 2-4 hour wait times for people before you hit a booth.

We've been lucky so far this winter, load factors have been low. I know there's only a few of you who transit through but feedback would be nice. You should be seeing more signage, better lighting, some additional staffing to direct folks and I-94 forms in 16 different languages.

One of the issues that comes back from immigration officers are forms that are not filled out beforehand. This is one area that is tops on the list.

Booth staffing is a federal issue.
