I currently have a Nexus membership and was interviewed at a US location so I have fingerprints on file but not an iris scan. I will be traveling to Vancouver soon and want to get my irises enrolled so that I can use the Nexus kiosks. It is not real clear on how I do this.

I assume to enroll I will need to clear customs in YVR (not using Nexus) then go somewhere in the airport to enroll my irises?

Also, can somebody tell me where the enrollment center is located? I saw somewhere that it was located on the 3rd floor near US departures. Would it be easier to visit inbound to YVR from the US or departing to the US from YVR.
