You do realize the average temperature in Vegas in February :

I seem to recall that Mandalay was always your best bet for year round (outdoor) pools.

Have you considered Mexico, Hawaii, the Caribbean or South Florida instead of Vegas in February (if young kids + sun + pool are a priority).
