AirChina Chengdu Short Layover
What's the average customs wait time look like at CTU in the early morning?

We're arriving on an overnight SIN>CTU, which lands at 6:30am.

We have a 7:40 departure onward CTU>LXA (Lhasa).

Thoughts? Will we make it?
