Westin Chicago Michigan Ave, 5 nt stay, checked out after 1 nt. Massive amount of water condensation on windows, thus explained all the mold. Booked a month in advance, checked in around 5, yet still not on one of 5 spg floors. ( which means I get billed for the water. Can always complain later, and have taken off, but that combined with additional T&E credit/ debit work I have to do, just end up eating (drinking?) it.

Left an article behind, came back next evening, waited 45 mins for someone to bring it up, they never came, front desk (sole person) was no help.
