So I booked the Gourmet Package (3 course meal, snowshoeing tour, and overnight stay in snow hotel) at Montreal's Snow Village.

It is only for 1 night. Has anyone done this before? Any reviews or comments?
Any good ideas on what to do while I am there besides the listed activities?

This is on Valentine's Day Weekend so I want it really nice/romantic...Any advice?
