I have done the exact same trip but with an overnight at Istanbul, so just to make the trip less intensive. I stayed at the airport hotel so it was rather convenient, even with luggage.

From your description, you will be flying on the Airbus A330-200 (which has four rows of business class). In that case the seats are almost the same as the Airbus A340-300, and the difference is that Airbus A340-300 has a larger business class cabin.

I guess it depends on whether you can justify the expenses and the hassles of overnighting at Istanbul. I did a trip report and you can search for it.
